Some scratches and scuffs here and there. The lights in the middle seem a bit dim to me. Not sure if a setting would affect this is some way. I hooked up a little speaker and I was able tune in a station after a bit of finagling. Not sure what the difference in a Tuner and a Receiver, it says tuner on the front.
