This Harmon Kardon tuner is in fair cosmetic condition. The copper portions look good and the glass is in great shape, but the portions with black paint are pretty scuffed up. This tuner was found is storage and likely hasn’t been used in decades. We briefly powered the tuner and the filaments lit up. The bottom line is this… You’ll receive your item on time and in perfect condition regardless of how big, heavy, or delicate your item may be!
