I was able to tune stations on FM fine. The meter tends to go full strength on most channels. I noticed sometimes it would get stuck around 4 but a light tap on the glass and it would release. The output screws on the back are working. The left and right outputs seem even. It does have a couple small marks / scratches, mainly on the case. It is pretty heavy, very solid.
