Powers on, hooked it up to my receiver (not included) and it works. Does NOT include antennas, speakers, or any other accessories.
Tuner has been fully tested and is in perfect working order with no functionality issues whatsoever. Unit has some minor cosmetic wear but overall is in good condition. Tuner does not come with remote.
