The item up for sale is. The item is in Good cosmetic and working condition. Upon inspection of the device, I noticed the type of scuffs and scratches on the body of the device that happen with normal use. There are minor dents and dings in the wood finish. The rear right corner of the wood finish is peeling up and cracked slightly (see picture #9). There are noticeable scuffs and scratches on the top of the device. There is a minor dent on the top grille. There are minor scratches on the display. The Tone and Muting switch covers are missing (see pictures #2 and #4, respectively). All ports and connectors are in good cosmetic condition but show signs of age. I was able to power on the device. All of the original lights are functional. I was able to hook a speaker up to the device and use an audio source to test the Tape 1, Tape 2, Phono 1, Phono 2, Adaptor and AUX audio inputs. I was able to pass audio through these inputs and hear it through the speaker using all speaker outputs (Channels A, B and C Left and Right). I was also able to hear audio through the speaker using the Adaptor Out RCA ports. I was able to turn Speakers A, B and C on and off using the respective buttons. I was able to tune to local FM station frequencies using an in-house antenna. I was able to hear audio from the headphone jack using all of the RCA inputs. The Mic port was tested to be working using an in house microphone connected via XLR to 1/4 adapter. I was able to adjust the Bass, Treble, Volume, Balance of the audio with the on-board knobs. The Bass Turnover, Treble Turnover, Tone, Low Filter, High Filter, Tape Duplicate, Tape Monitor 1 and 2, Adaptor, Mode, Loudness and Muting switches were all tested to be working.
