Cosmetically I would rate it an 8.5 on a scale of 1 to 10. All electrolytic capacitors have been replaced. Also the battery holder for the nickel cadmium rechargeable batteries has been replaced. NiCd batteries were recently replaced. This is a great vintage tuner! See last photo for all tuner specifications.
